As a prospective teacher my first priority is to help my future students develop and absorb information as successful learners. My second, which is now a demanding task to succeed in our society, is to put student’s on the path to college. The informative book, Teach Like a Champion, includes 49 research based techniques that are in use today as ways to motivate, challenge, and influence students to perform well. I have chosen four of my favorite techniques that seem practical are extremely effective in the classroom. These are strategies that I am excited about one day implementing in my personal classroom setting.
